All devices undergo a professional inspection before any repair is carried out, ensuring we identify the exact fault and provide a precise quote.
Remember: Minimum Service Fee and Advanced Diagnostics Fee are deducted from your final repair bill.
Minimum Service Fee
We apply a minimum service fee of £25 to all device inspections.
This covers:
- Initial inspection
- Basic fixes (e.g. cleaning, minor adjustments)
- Professional advice and fault identification
This ensures every device receives the time and attention it deserves.
Advanced Diagnostic Fee
For more complex issues, an advanced diagnostic is required at a fee of £50.
Advanced diagnostics include:
- Liquid damage
- Motherboard/logic board faults
- Complex or intermittent issues
- Devices previously inspected/repaired elsewhere
Important Information
- Inspection fees are non-refundable
- The inspection fee is payable regardless of whether you proceed with the repair
- This covers the time, expertise, and equipment required to diagnose your device accurately
