Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes — all visits are by appointment only.
We operate a secure workshop at Rochester Airport, so all visits must be pre-booked in advance.
Simply book online and choose a convenient drop-off time.
Do you charge an inspection fee?
Yes.
We charge a professional inspection fee to accurately diagnose your device.
- Standard Inspection: £25
- Advanced Inspection: £50
This ensures we can identify faults properly and provide a clear repair quote.
What’s the difference between standard and advanced inspection?
Standard Inspection (£25)
For common issues such as:
- Initial inspection
- Basic fixes (e.g. cleaning, minor adjustments)
- Professional advice and fault identification
Advanced Inspection (£50)
For more complex faults, including:
- Liquid damage
- Motherboard/logic board faults
- Complex or intermittent issues
- Devices previously inspected/repaired elsewhere
We will always inform you before proceeding with an advanced inspection.
Is the inspection fee refundable?
No — inspection fees are non-refundable.
This covers the time, expertise, and specialist equipment required to diagnose your device.
However, the inspection fee is deducted from any further repair work bill.
Do I have to go ahead with the repair?
No.
After inspection, we provide a clear quote, and you can decide whether to proceed.
There is no obligation to continue with the repair.
Do you offer free advice or walk-in checks?
No.
We no longer offer free walk-in advice, quick checks, or free cleaning services.
All devices are handled under our minimum £25 service fee, ensuring dedicated time and professional assessment.
Do you still offer charging port cleaning?
Yes, but this is now included within the minimum service/inspection fee.
How long do repairs take?
Many repairs can be completed the same day, depending on the issue and parts availability.
More complex repairs may take longer, especially those requiring advanced diagnostics.
Do you repair all devices?
