Remember: Minimum Service Fee and Advanced Diagnostics Fee are deducted from your final repair bill.
We have two types of inspection/diagnostics fees.
- Minimum Service Fee – £25
- Advanced Diagnostics Fee – £50
Minimum Service Fee
If you have a device that needs something similar to these:
- You believe a quick clean is needed, for example, the charge port or speaker
- You need to pop in with your device for advice or a quick check
- Your phone needs restoring/updating, or you need help with emails
- You have dropped/damaged/cracked your device and are unsure if just the screen needs replacing
Then select Minimum Service Fee.
Advanced Diagnostic Fee
If you have a device that has been suffering from a problem similar to these:
- Liquid damage has been sustained
- Your device has multiple issues
- You have smelled something burning internally
- Your device suddenly died and will not turn back on
- Your device is not listed on our website, but it is worth more than £500
Then select Advanced Diagnostics Fee.
