Hi, I’m Phil, Director of Kent Device Clinic.
Some of you may already know me from our time at Chatham Dockyard, where I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and helping hundreds of customers with their device repairs and tech questions. I genuinely enjoy what I do and always aim to offer the best advice and service I can.
I strongly believe that honesty is the foundation of good service and word-of-mouth recommendations. I’ve always been upfront about repairs and treat every customer the same way I would want my own friends and family to be treated — with honesty, respect, and transparency.
As of May 2026, we’ve moved to our new location at Rochester Airport. This does mean a slight change to how we operate. While I know many of you are used to popping in for quick help, unfortunately this won’t be possible at the new premises.
Going forward, all visits will need to be arranged in advance — whether that’s by calling, messaging, or booking a diagnostic. I understand this may be a small inconvenience, but it helps ensure I can give each customer the time and attention they deserve.
